You must use W2MS software lawfully, keep account credentials confidential, and not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer our services except where permitted by law.

Accounts & access

Product access is provided under separate license or subscription agreements. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

Intellectual property

W2MS retains ownership of its software, branding, and documentation. Customer data remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to host and process it to deliver the service.

Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Specific warranties and liability limits are defined in executed customer agreements where applicable.
